Item Deep planting for better performance(Rubber Research Institute. Agalawatte, 1996) Seneviratne, P.; Nugawela, A.; Samarakoon, S.M.A.Item Uniform and early sprouting of young buddings and budded stumps of rubber(Rubber Research Institute. Agalawatte, 1996) Seneviratne, P.; Nugawela, A.; Amaratunga, K.A.G.B.; Samarakoon, S.M.A.Item Leaf water potential and stomatal conductance of rubber (Hevea brasiliensis) as influenced by soil moisture and leaf age(Rubber Research Institute of Sri Lanka. Agalawatte, 1987) Samarappuli, L.Stomatal conductance and transpiration and leaf water potential of rubber (Hevea brasiliensis), clone PB 86, subjected to water stress were measured with a steady-state porometer and a pressure bomb, respectively. In well watered plants young leaves showed a higher stomatal conductance than mature leaves. In water stressed plants young leaves always exhibited a lower stomatal conductance than mature leaves. Increase in soil dehydration reduced the leaf water potential, stomatal conductance and the rate of transpiration.Item Scientists arm the rubber plant to successfully conquer the 300 M elevation barrier(Rubber Research Institute of Sri Lanka. Agalawatta, 2009) Nugawela, A.Item Rubber research east. hand in hand with regaining Sri Lanka(Rubber Research Institute of Sri Lanka. Agalawatta, 2009) Rodrigo, V.H.L.; Iqbal, S.M.M.Item Assessment of the use of RRIC 100, RRIC 102 and RRIC 103 and their performance in the estate sector(Rubber Research Institute of Sri Lanka. Agalawatta, 1985) Jayaratne, R.Item Using more nitrogen from the air for plant growth(Rubber Research Institute of Sri Lanka. Agalawatta, 1985) Jayasinghe, C.K.Item The response of yields of clones RRIC 100 and RRIC 121 to the changes in the distribution and amount of rainfall(Rubber Research Institute. Agalawatta, 2007) Withanage, S.P.; Kumara, I.D.M.J.S.; Kariyawasam, L.S.Item Can rubber (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg.) be grown as a timber crop?(Rubber Research Institute of Sri Lanka.
