Colombo, 1982) Pinto, M.R.M.; Arseculeratne, S.N.; Dasan, P.; Uragoda, C.G.Item Two cases of listeriosis(The Sri Lanka Medical Associan. Colombo, 1992) Wijesundera, C. De S.; Pinto, M.R.M.; Navaratnam, C.Item An evaluation of the usefulness of different diameters of skin reactions elicited by Mycobacterium leprae antigens(Sri Lanka Medical Association. Colombo, 1989) Pinto, M.R.M.; Eriyagama, N.B.; Gamage, T.M.; Sivarajasingham, S.The advantages of the transverse, vertical and mean diameters for the measurement of skin reactions with M. leprae antigents were evaluated. iT was decided that the vertical and mean diameters offered no improvement over the transverse diameter and hence the use of the latter is recommended.Item The relationship between reactivities to Lepromin A and soluble protein antigen of mycobacterium leprae and tuberculin(Sri Lanka Medical Association. Colombo, 1986) Pemajayantha, V.; Pinto, M.R.M.; Eriyagama, N.B.The relationship between reactivity to tuberculin (PPD-R123) and reactivities to antigens of Mycobacterium leptae (Fernadez, Mitsuda and to a Soluble Protein antigen of M. leprae) was studied using three methods. A clear relationship could be demonstrated with two of the methods. A statistically significant correlation coul be demonstrated by the method of regression analysis between tuberculin and all three types of reactivities; however the level of correlation was unusually low. This study also revealed an increase of all three types of reactivity with BCG vaccination.Item The sensitivity of tubercle bacilli from ceylonese patients with pulmonary tuberculosis to kanamycin , viomycin, capriomycin(University of Ceylon. Colombo, 1973) Pinto, M.R.M.; Arseculeratne, S.N.; Uragoda, C.G.; Navaratnam, C.Item The sensitivity of tubercle bacilli from Ceylonese patients with pulmonary tuberculosis to cycloserine and ethionamide(University of Ceylon. Colombo, 1973) Pinto, M.R.M.; Arseculeratne, S.N.; Uragoda, C.G.; Bandunatha, C.H.S.R.
